The Ember Trail Project hosts RSVP-based, limited-capacity outdoor events designed to create intentional space for movement, connection, and growth.
To preserve the integrity of the experience, all events require advance registration. We intentionally keep group sizes small to ensure safety, meaningful interaction, and respect for the healing journey of each participant.2026 Events:

Sat. July 4th: Inaugural Independence Day Hike (Donation)
Sat. August 1st: Embers on the Greenway Bike Ride (Donation)
Sat. August 15th: Wheels on the River Bike Ride (Free)
Sat. October 17th: Into the Upside-down Twilight Hike (Free)

Event Types
🔥 Community Movement Events (Free)
These hikes and meetups are open to registered participants at no cost. They are designed to build connection, resilience, and shared experience in the outdoors.
🛡 Charity & Special Edition Events (Donation)
Select events will require a registration fee. A portion of proceeds will be donated to a designated civilian or veteran-focused partner charity.
These events may include:

Seasonal or themed gatherings
Full transparency will always be provided regarding charitable partnerships and allocation of funds.
Event & Community Standards
To maintain a safe and respectful environment:
• RSVP is required — no unregistered drop-ins
• Respect every participant and their season of healing
• No harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
• No political campaigning or divisive agenda-driven discussions
• This is not a therapy group or replacement for professional care
• Follow all safety and location guidelines
• Leave no trace — respect the land
