Mission

Our Mission
The Ember Trail Project is an outdoor community built around healing through movement.
We believe the trail, the road, and the wild places we gather in create space for restoration — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Many of us carry experiences that shape us: trauma, betrayal, narcissistic abuse, PTSD, loss, and seasons of rebuilding.
Movement changes things.
When we walk, hike, ride, and show up together, something shifts. Conversations open. Strength returns. Isolation loosens its grip.
Our mission is to create a community where individuals in every season of healing can move forward — without judgment, without labels, and without having to explain their scars.
We are committed to:
• Building a supportive outdoor community
• Hosting intentional events centered on growth and resilience
• Raising funds for both civilian and veteran-focused charities
• Promoting conservation and stewardship of the wild places that restore us
The fire in our name represents endurance.
The trail represents the journey.
The project represents the ongoing work of becoming stronger than what tried to break us.
A Note on Support
The Ember Trail Project is a community initiative and is not a replacement for professional therapy, medical care, or licensed mental health treatment. We encourage anyone navigating trauma or mental health challenges to seek appropriate professional support alongside community engagement.
Resilience looks good on you!
